Assembly and Erection Services
We offer two different assembly and erection services to our clients for our buildings. Our installations are priced for a pre-existing, prepared concrete base that is clear from obstructions. We can either provide a full erection service, where we will assemble, erect, and level your entire building, or we offer a cheaper frame erection only service. See below for a breakdown of the service.
Full Install: What's included
• Assembly and levelling of the framework
• Installation and sealing of the water ingress system
• Installation of doors and windows as purchased
• Installation of Panel and flashings
Frame Only Install: what's included
• Assembly and leveling of framework
• Installation and sealing of water ingress system
• Optional extra; Installation of doors and windows as purchased This leaves the relatively easy part of the build (attaching the panels and flashings) to you
